Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the company and users in connection with the use of the photo restoration and editing service (hereinafter "Service") provided by portrait.rest (hereinafter "Company").

Definitions

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.

• · "Customer" refers to a customer who accesses the Service and enters into a service agreement with the Company in accordance with these Terms to use the Service.

Effect and Amendment of Terms

These Terms are effective for all customers who wish to use the Service. The Company may amend these Terms if deemed necessary, and amended Terms will be notified to customers through the service screen or by other means.

Formation of Service Agreement

The service agreement is concluded when the person wishing to become a customer agrees to the content of the Terms, makes a payment for the service, and the Company accepts such application.

• · The Company may refuse acceptance if the applicant has previously lost user eligibility under these Terms.

Provision and Change of Services

The Company provides the following services.

Customer Obligations

Customers must comply with applicable laws, provisions of these Terms, usage guidelines and notices posted on the Service, and matters notified by the Company, and must not engage in any acts that interfere with the Company's business.

• · Prohibition of impersonating others
• · Prohibition of transmitting or posting information other than information designated by the Company
• · Prohibition of infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company and third parties

Attribution of Copyright

Copyright and other intellectual property rights on works created by the Company are not attributed to the Company. Copyright of completed photos is transferred to the customer.

Refund Policy

• · Before work begins: No charge
• · During work in progress: No charge
• · After work is completed: No refund will be issued for payments made after confirming the preview first. Photos from which only the watermark has been removed in the preview cannot be refunded after being provided to the customer due to the nature of digital content.

Disclaimer

The Company is exempt from responsibility for service provision in cases where the Service cannot be provided due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the customer's fault.
